Snapshots are retained for 60,000 records, roughly five days of continuous quoting, and are never edited after the order is settled.

How to find your order reference

Every order gets a short reference at the moment you confirm it, and the same reference appears on the receipt, in your order list, in your statement export and in any support conversation. It is the only identifier you need to quote, and it never changes.

What you get back

A single record: the reference, the direction, the stake, both mid prices with their source timestamps, the checksum of the two raw entries, and the settlement outcome. If a field is missing, the lookup says so instead of guessing a value.

Someone else could look up my order?

An order reference alone returns only the prices and the outcome, never the stake, never the account and never the balance. Anything that identifies you requires being signed in as you.

How far back can I look?

For as long as the retention window published on the transparency page, which is currently tens of thousands of records. Beyond that we cannot produce the raw entry, and we will say so rather than reconstruct it.

Does the lookup work for practice orders?

Yes. Practice orders are settled by the same feed under the same rules, so they carry the same receipts. Nothing about the practice account is simplified, which is the only way it can teach you anything.
