One door, both accounts
Every account signs in through the same door, with the same email and the same password. There is no separate portal per account type and nothing to remember beyond one set of credentials.
What we ask for, and what we do not
We ask for an email and a password. We do not ask for a phone number, a document, a card or a wallet signature to sign in. A verification code appears only after you have enabled two-factor authentication yourself.
If the sign-in fails
The message tells you which of the three things went wrong: unknown email, wrong password, or a blocked session. We do not merge them into a single vague error, because that would leave you guessing.
I forgot my password
Use the reset link under the form. It sends a one-hour link to the registered address only, and it revokes every active session so a lost laptop cannot stay signed in.
I forgot which email I used
We cannot look it up for you over chat, because anyone could claim to be you. What you can do is search your inbox for the registration message, or the settlement receipts we send after each closed trade.
Can I stay signed in on two devices?
Yes, and every active session is listed under security settings with its device, rough location and last seen time. You can end any of them from there.
