Settlement and price source

Everything a dispute would need, published before any dispute exists.

What we publish

The institution quoting, the exact instrument definition, the current feed latency measured from our server, the number of audit records retained, and the rule used to pick the settlement price: the mid at the expiry second, never the high, the low or a platform-chosen moment.

What a settlement snapshot contains

For every order we store: the order reference, the direction, the stake, the term, the opening mid price with its source timestamp, the expiry mid price with its source timestamp, the checksum of both raw records, and the payout applied. Opening and expiry are stored separately so that neither can be rewritten by the other.

How to check a settlement yourself

Open the order, copy its reference, and paste it into the snapshot lookup. You will get the two raw quotes and their timestamps. Compare them to any public gold chart at those two seconds. If they disagree, we want to know, and the receipt is what we will look at first.

What we cannot show you

We cannot show you other customers orders, and we cannot show you the platform's net position, because publishing either would leak information that traders could trade against. Transparency here means every settlement is verifiable by you, not that the company's book is public.

How long are snapshots kept?

The current retention window is published on this page and in the specification sheet, and it counts in tens of thousands of records rather than in days. If we ever shorten it, the change is announced before it takes effect.

What if I think a settlement is wrong?

Raise a ticket and include the order reference. We pull the snapshot, compare it to the source record, and answer with both. If we were wrong we correct the order and say so on the status page, by reference number, not in a private message.

Can I download the raw records?

Yes, per order from the receipt view, and in bulk from your account as a statement covering any period you choose. Both come as plain files you can keep, not as a screenshot.
