Choose a new password
Minimum 10 characters, at least one number.
What we require, and what we do not
Length, and nothing else. We do not force a symbol, we do not force mixed case, and we do not expire your password on a schedule. Forced rotation and symbol rules produce passwords people write down, which is worse than a long simple one.
What happens the moment you save it
Every active session is signed out, including the one on the device you are holding, and you will sign in again with the new password. Two-factor settings are deliberately kept, because a reset should not quietly reduce your security.
Can I reuse an old password?
Technically yes, and we do not keep a history to block it. If you are resetting because someone else may know the old one, reusing it defeats the entire exercise.
What if my password was leaked elsewhere?
Reset here as well, and if you used the same password anywhere else, change it there too. We cannot detect a leak in someone else's service, and we will not pretend to.
Did I do something wrong?
No. This page appears for four reasons: you asked to reset, the document on file expired, your session was ended for inactivity, or the sign-in was blocked after repeated failures. All four are routine.
