Payment and withdrawal policy

How money comes in, how it goes out, and why it goes back the way it came.

Deposits

Deposits are made in the currency of your account. The amount credited is the amount that arrives, minus whatever the payment provider charges, which we show before you confirm.

Withdrawals return the way they came

We send money back to the same source it arrived from, in proportion to what you deposited, before using any other method. This is not a preference, it is what anti-money-laundering rules require.

Timing

We process withdrawal requests the same working day. How fast it appears depends on the rail: card networks typically take one to five working days, bank transfers one to three, and on-chain transfers depend on the chain.

Fees

We do not charge a commission on deposits or withdrawals. We absorb the transfer cost on payouts. Third-party charges levied by the provider or the network are passed through and shown on the statement line.

Third-party payments

Deposits from a payment method in someone else's name are returned. We cannot accept money we cannot trace back to you.
