What each status means
Not started means you have not sent anything and cannot withdraw yet. In review means a person has your file. Approved means withdrawals are unlocked. Rejected means one specific thing was wrong — the reason is always stated, and you can fix just that.
If you were rejected
Read the stated reason before resubmitting. Most rejections are a cut-off corner, a glare over the text or a mismatch between the typed number and the document. Resubmitting the same scan unchanged only restarts the same review.
Why would I be asked to verify again?
Three cases only: the document expired, your legal name changed, or the payout destination is in a jurisdiction that requires a fresh check each year.
Can I withdraw immediately after approval?
Yes, for any balance not tied to an open order. Approval is not conditional on trading a certain volume or leaving a minimum behind.
Can it go back to rejected?
Only if the document expires or a payout provider rejects the destination. Both are notified with the specific reason, and neither affects orders you have already settled.
