Three honest questions

Can you afford to lose this amount entirely, without changing anything about your month? Are you trading because you have a view, or because you are trying to recover something? Would you still make this trade if you could not tell anyone about it?

Set a limit before you need one

A limit set after a bad run is not a limit, it is a negotiation with yourself. We let you set a daily and weekly loss limit in advance, and the platform enforces it.

Cool-off and self-exclusion

You can ask us to close the platform to you for a set period or permanently. During a cool-off, existing orders still settle and your balance is still yours to withdraw.

If it has stopped being a choice

If you are hiding it, borrowing for it, or trading to feel normal rather than to trade, stop and talk to someone. The help page lists where to find support in your region.
