Identity verification policy

You can register with just an email. We ask for documents only before money leaves the platform.

When we ask

Before your first withdrawal, before any change to payout details, and when a risk rule or a payment provider requires it.

What we ask for

A government photo ID showing the full page, a selfie that matches it, and proof of address issued within the last three months. We do not ask for your card number or your wallet seed.

How long it takes

Most checks finish the same working day. Blurry edges, glare or cropped corners are the usual reason a check comes back.

If you are declined

We tell you which document failed and why, and you can resubmit. If a document genuinely cannot be verified, we return the balance to the source it came from rather than keep it.

How it is stored

Documents are encrypted, visible only to the verification team, and kept no longer than the legal duty requires.
