Verify your email

We sent a six-digit code to the address you registered.

Six digits, no spaces. Valid for ten minutes.

Why we verify the address

The email is the only channel we will ever use to send a password reset, a withdrawal confirmation or a settlement receipt. If it was typed wrong, every one of those goes to a stranger, and we would rather find that out now.

If the code never arrives

Check the spam folder first, then wait the full ten minutes before requesting another, because earlier codes are invalidated when you do. If it still does not arrive, the address is probably wrong, and the fix is a new registration rather than a resend loop.

I entered the wrong email

Register again with the correct address. Because the wrong address was never verified, that first account is dormant and will be removed automatically; it can never be funded or withdrawn from.

Can I skip verification?

You can browse the public pages and read the specifications, but the terminal stays closed until the address is confirmed. An unverified account cannot be recovered if you lose access to it.

The link expired

Request a new code. Expiry is deliberate: a verification link that lives forever is a link that works forever if someone else finds it.
