Tiers are usually built from deposit size or volume, and their real function is to concentrate attention on the customers who generate the most revenue. We would rather serve everyone with the same rules and the same payout rates.

The perks you actually get

The same payout rate as everyone else, the same published rules, and the same access to the audit record. Those are not benefits of a tier; they are the baseline we refuse to make conditional.
