Fraud prevention

The tricks aimed at trading accounts, and the four things we will never ask you for.

What the scams look like

Someone offering guaranteed returns and asking you to deposit "through their link". A person you met online who taught you to trade and now needs your login. A "support agent" asking you to install remote-access software. A message saying your account is frozen pending a fee.

What we will never ask for

We never ask for your password, your two-factor code, your wallet recovery phrase, or a deposit to "unlock" a withdrawal. We never call you to ask you to install software, and we never ask you to move money to a personal account.

Protect the account itself

Use a password you use nowhere else, turn on two-factor, and check the device list if anything feels off. If a device you do not recognise is signed in, end that session and change the password.

If it already happened

Change the password, end all sessions, and write to us from your registered email with the details. If money left your bank or a chain, contact the bank or exchange first: the faster the first hour is used, the better the chance.
