Our licensing position

We state plainly that we do not claim a licence we do not hold, and we do not present a foreign registration as local authorisation. Where a licence applies to your account, its reference is shown in your client agreement.

Where we do not accept clients

We block residents of jurisdictions where this product is prohibited, and we do not run advertising in them. Attempting to open an account from a blocked region results in the restricted notice rather than an account.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for knowing whether this product is lawful where you live, and for your own tax treatment. We can explain our product; we cannot decide your local law for you.

Anti-fraud and reporting

We screen for sanctions, verify identity before money leaves the platform, and report what the law requires. If you are asked for money by someone claiming to be us, send it to us from your registered email so it can be traced.
