Phone lost, or a new device without an export → no codes → no access to your account.
At that point the only route is a support ticket for manual identity verification,1–3 business days, and withdrawals are blocked meanwhile.
So write your backup codes on paper the moment you enable 2FA. Don't leave them in your photo library or send screenshots over chat.
