What is this, and how is it different from buying gold?
XAUAD does one thing: you call the direction of London spot gold over a fixed expiry. No leverage, no liquidation — your stake is the most you can lose. Right call pays per tier; wrong call loses only that trade.
How do I start? Three steps.
1) Register with an email (you get $10,000 practice money). 2) Practise until the mechanics are second nature. 3) Deposit USDT, transfer to trading, go live.
Can I withdraw the practice money?
No. Practice funds are for learning only, start at $10,000 and can be reset. They are booked separately from real funds.
What is the minimum stake?
$5 minimum per trade, $500 maximum ($200 on the 60-second tier). No minimum account balance.
Trading
How do the six expiries map to payouts?
60s 68%, 5m 80%, 15m 82%, 30m 85%, 1h 88%, 4h 90%. Longer expiry pays more because the outcome is less certain.
Who sets the settlement price?
Swissquote — the London spot gold mid price. Both entry and settlement take the midpoint of a 3-second window, fully logged.
What is the 3-second window?
At entry and at settlement the system samples quotes over 3 seconds, drops the extremes and takes the middle. It prevents anyone from gaming a single-tick spike.
How many positions can I hold per expiry?
One open position per expiry. Wait for settlement before opening a second on the same tier. Different tiers can run at the same time.
What if the price barely moves at settlement?
Direction decides. UP wins if settlement is above entry; DOWN wins if below. Exactly equal counts as a loss for the opener (extremely rare).
Can I close early?
No. Positions settle at expiry by design — you are calling direction, not managing a position.
Funds
Which coins can I deposit?
USDT only, on two chains: TRC20 (cheaper, recommended) and ERC20.
How long does a deposit take?
Credited automatically after on-chain confirmation, usually 1–3 minutes. TRC20 is faster and cheaper. Funds land in the crypto wallet and must be transferred to trading.
What are the withdrawal rules?
Minimum 50 USDT, 5 USDT fee, up to 2 per day, no daily cap, no cooldown. Identity verification and a whitelisted address are required.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Manual review, usually within 2 hours. On-chain transfer follows approval; arrival depends on network congestion.
Is the internal transfer free?
Yes. Moving between the trading account and the crypto wallet is instant and free.
Security
Should I enable 2FA?
Strongly recommended. Login then needs email, password and a 6-digit code; withdrawals need an extra code on top.
How long does KYC take?
Manual review, usually within one business day. Approval removes withdrawal limits and is required before your first withdrawal.
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. You get a 6-digit code by email, valid for 10 minutes. Resetting kills all old sessions.
Account compromised or strange logins?
Change the password, enable 2FA, then open a ticket to freeze withdrawals. The last 60 logins are logged with IP and timestamp under Security.
