1. First, find out which step it is stuck at
Every withdrawal has four states: submitted → under review → broadcast → confirmed. "Not arrived" can mean any of them, and each needs a different action.

Submitted / under review
Status shows "review"
Wait for manual review, or ask support with your ticket ID
Broadcast
You have a txid, 0 confirmations
Check the txid on a block explorer
Confirming
Confirmations below the required count
Wait: TRC20 ~1 min / 20 confirmations, ERC20 ~3 min / 12 confirmations
Arrived

If an exchange has not credited it, send the txid to their support
2. The five real causes, most common first
1. The address is not the one you deposited from. Most platforms require the withdrawal to go back to the deposit address for AML reasons. A new address gets rejected. Fix: use the original address, or apply for an address change through the official process.
2. Turnover requirement not met. Deposits usually need 1x trading turnover before withdrawal. Until then the funds are "unverified" from a risk perspective. Fix: check your turnover progress, finish it, then withdraw.
3. KYC or address verification incomplete. Expired ID, name mismatch with the bank account, or a utility bill older than three months all cause rejection. Fix: address the stated reason, do not resubmit the same document.
4. Manual risk review triggered. Multiple accounts on one IP, rapid small in-and-out transfers (a classic laundering pattern), or a first large withdrawal all route to a human queue. Fix: cooperate with source-of-funds questions; chasing support does not speed it up.
5. Network congestion or a low fee. On a congested TRC20 network, a low-fee transaction can sit in the mempool for hours. Fix: check the txid status, then wait.
3. The order to check things
Read the status: "under review" or "broadcast"? Everything branches from here.
If under review: is the address the deposit address? Is turnover complete? Is KYC approved?
If broadcast: paste the txid into TRONSCAN or Etherscan and check confirmations.
If pending on-chain: wait, or confirm the fee was not too low.
If confirmed on-chain but the receiving exchange has not credited: this is the receiver's problem, send them the txid.
4. When it is actually a red flag
Only when three things happen together: support silent for over 72 hours, site or app unreachable, and community channels closed. A slow withdrawal alone is not evidence of fraud — compliant platforms must review.
Prevention is cheaper than recovery. Before depositing, read the withdrawal rules (minimum, fee, turnover, review time) and write them down. You will not panic when you actually need the money.
