Bonus and credit terms
Our position is simple: we do not use deposit bonuses. Here is why, and what the rules would be if that ever changed.
01We do not offer deposit bonuses
A deposit bonus is a turnover requirement wearing a gift's clothes: it looks like free money and works like a lock on your balance. We would rather have no bonus than a confusing one.
02If one is ever offered
Its value, its turnover multiple, its expiry and the maximum withdrawal attributable to it would be shown on the offer page and in your account before you accept it, in numbers rather than adjectives.
03Credit is never cash
Credit cannot be withdrawn, cannot be used to satisfy identity verification, and is removed if the qualifying balance is withdrawn.
